Harrow’s council house applications are handled through the Locata housing register. To apply, you need to check you’re eligible, gather the required documents, and then submit an application for social housing.

A couple of practical points: Harrow says many successful applicants have waited for years, and if you’re placed in a lower band you may not be offered social housing for a long time, if ever.
