Yes, you can receive assistance while filling out the complaint form. If you need help with the complaints process, the council is willing to find someone to support and assist you, especially in Children and Young People’s Services.
For adult or children's social care complaints, after making a formal complaint, a member of the Customer Insight, Information and Investigations Team will contact you to discuss how your complaint will be handled.
