You can report a pothole using Hillingdon’s road and pavement damage page. The page says to use the pothole reporting option, and it’s here: Report a pothole.
Hillingdon also says all council-maintained roads and pavements are inspected regularly, and reported defects are assessed for urgency before repair. If the issue is on a pavement rather than the road, there’s also a separate option to report a damaged pavement.
