If you’ve spotted fly-tipping in Hillingdon, you can report rubbish on public or private land through the council’s fly-tipping page: report fly-tipping.
Hillingdon also notes that it clears fly-tipped rubbish on council land such as roads, pavements, public car parks, green spaces and council housing estates. If the rubbish is in a river, canal or towpath, that’s dealt with by the Environment Agency or Canal and River Trust instead.
