Hull lets you report noise complaints online, and the complaint will stay confidential. If it’s a domestic noise issue, use the domestic noise route; if it’s from a business, shop, pub, factory, delivery, or construction site, use the commercial and industrial noise route.

Hull also says it will contact you within 4 working days to discuss the issue and agree a course of action. If the noise is happening out of hours and it’s an urgent matter such as an intruder alarm or vehicle alarm, you should call 01482 300 300.
