Medway asks for proof of your identity, your current Medway address, and a photo for the bus pass. For an older person’s pass, you also need proof of age.

If you give consent for Medway Council to check your Council Tax records, you do not need to provide separate proof of your Medway address. Medway accepts electronic documents, scanned copies, or clear photographs of your proof when you apply online.
