For a neighbour noise issue, Perth & Kinross uses the Safer Communities Team for domestic/residential noise that isn’t a Council Housing tenancy. You can contact them by email or phone, and you can also report antisocial behaviour by voicemail.

If the noise is from a Council Housing tenancy, Perth & Kinross says to contact the local area housing team instead.
