If the pothole is on a private road, unfortunately, Scottish Borders Council does not manage issues on private roads. They only handle public roads and will not be able to assist you with potholes or other issues on private roads.
For more information on reporting potholes on public roads, you can visit their report a pothole page. If the situation is urgent or dangerous, it's best to contact the appropriate service for immediate assistance.
