How do I report a missed bin collection?
Birmingham says you can report a missed general waste collection online after 1:30pm on the day it was due. If the council has already identified the missed round, or your bin was out late, contaminated, or not out at all, you won’t be able to report it in the usual way.

If the missed collection is due to industrial action, Birmingham asks you to leave your grey-lid bin out on the normal day, but not to put your blue-lid recycling bin out.
