If your bin wasn’t collected, you can report it online or by phone. Make sure to do this no later than 4pm the day after it should have been collected.

For missed collections reported after the deadline, your bin will not be collected until the next regular collection day. Remember to ensure your waste is out by 7am for when the crews return.
