Scottish Borders is not currently issuing new parking permits for pay-and-display car parks, so there isn’t an application you can submit right now. Existing permits due to expire from 1 March 2026 stay valid until 30 June 2026, and permit holders will be updated by the end of June.

If you need to change the vehicle on an existing permit, there’s a £3 fee for a replacement permit and you can contact Customer Services on 0300 100 1800 (option 7). For disabled parking spaces at home, you can apply for a disabled parking space online.
