If you mean a decision review for anti-social behaviour, Hounslow asks you to request an ASB Case Review by completing the form and sending it to the Safer Communities Team.

Hounslow will only review a case if you’ve reported three separate incidents in the past six months to the Police, the Council, Health Services or a registered housing provider, and you believe no action has been taken. If you’re reporting an issue for the first time, you can also contact the council’s community safety team on 020 8583 2503 or community.safety@hounslow.gov.uk.
